Wow ! fantastic - better by air! We decided on the porcupine gorge and the White Mountain flight with the landing on the sand stone. We also opted to have no doors on the front passenger seat so that our photographs and videos were not hindered. Brett our personal helicopter pilot had an unsurpassed knowledge of the region pointed out points of interest - his interest and knowledge of the region is to be commended. He is very keen to please his customers and made the whole experience especially good by pointing out possible walks for us in the porcupine gorge for the next day! I would say that the experience was the Australian equivalent to the Grand Canyon in the US. Thank you Brett we have recommended you to friends who are heading to Hughenden. Thank you once again - you made it great for us!

Highly recommended. We did the combo of Porcupine Gorge and White Mountains with drinks and snacks once landed in a remote gorge. The whole experience was brilliant and very well organised. We have done helicopter scenic tours in WA, NT, QLD and NZ. Fox Helicopters are right up there in comparison to the bigger operators, including safety communication, included value, etc. Hot tip; doors off is awesome.
We had the doors off as we flew over Porcupine Gorge and then White Mountains National Parks which made for some excellent photographic opportunities (make sure you are rugged up as it is cold up there). Brett’s knowledge of the area and friendly manner was very much appreciated. Morning tea beside Flinders River was delightful as was the opportunity to take a walk.
Highly recommend doing the scenic tour of White Mountains NP...wow is an understatement....amazing experience...a must do. Huge kudos to our pilot Brett, great knowledge and experience...excellent service...100% must do...thank you is not enough
