Australia Post and Star Track are experiencing severe delivery delays to some areas due to fewer staff at depots and higher volumes of freight passing through the depots. Our Delivery Calculator has been adjusted to reflect these delays, however please note that these are estimates only. We will not be able to refund the cost of Express Delivery if there is a delay.

We are currently unable to guarantee specific days for delivery due to unpredictable delays with Australia Post and Star Track.

Our Delivery Calculator will assist you in trying to time the delivery based on estimated timeframes to your delivery postcode. Please note that these are estimates only and the gift may arrive before or after the estimated date.

It is much better that the delivery arrives early rather than late, so the best time to place your order is NOW.

We are able to make amendments to orders that have not yet been dispatched. We prepare and dispatch orders fairly quickly, and sometimes this can be done within minutes of you placing your order, especially when we are busy!

We deliver Australia-wide only, and currently do not deliver to other countries.
