Stop At: XXXX Brewery Tour, Cnr Black and Paten Street Milton, Brisbane, Queensland 4064 Australia
In Queensland, XXXX means beer, but how did this iconic brew get its name? Find out on a fun and fascinating 90-minute tour of the XXXX brewery. Your guide greets you in the brewery’s visitor center. Enjoy an introduction to the history of beer making, and learn some of the brewery's techniques.
After your introduction, walk throughout the central parts of this historic site. Put on safety gear and check out the machinery that brews, stores and bottles beer.
Most weekdays, you can enter the Packaging Hall to marvel at the state-of-the-art packaging line. Watch thousands of beer bottles whiz past you on a distribution line; most breweries don't allow you to get this close!
Once you have delved into the inner workings of the brewery, get instruction on how to pour the perfect glass of beer in the XXXX Restaurant and Bar. Taste four freshly made brews with a new appreciation for the work that went into making the tasty beverage.
After about an hour and a half your tour wraps up. Feel free to kick back in the bar and enjoy XXXX's legendary beers or visit the gift shop before making your way to your next destination.

Awesome couple of hours spent at the Brewery, Loved the history and all that went with it. Topped off with a tasty lunch and of course a cold beer. Our tour guide Dan was exceptional.
Very informative guide who made the tour enjoyable for everyone. Video presentations were funny and kept short.
The tour it's self was excellent, very informative and interesting. The facilities at the complex were good and the food in the restaurant was very enjoyable. The only fly in the ointment was that we were told the wrong bus number to get from the city to the brewery by the information centro in the Queens St mall and finished up in Auchenflower where we had to find the railway station to get a train to Milton..,which made us late for the start of our tour. Fortunately we were able to change to a later tour. There was no information on the station platform to tell us what train to get which is disconcerting for visitors not used to the Brisbane
This was a very enjoyable and informative tour. Recommend to do the tour Monday to Thursday, as Friday and weekends are non production days. Don't bother eating there as the meals are bad.
interesting tour, a must go place in BNE
only regret was photograph not permitted during the tour so nothing to share with family and friends.
The tour was great. Small group and was able to ask questions. Tastings and full beers after as well. Very organized tour
Amazing - Best to do during the week to see bottle and packing process
Tour guide was great and witty.
We actually enjoyed the tour. I forgot the name of the older gentleman but he was very knowledgeable. We came from Los Angeles and really enjoyed their beer. Very light and crisp. And the food they serve was delicious
This is a good tour of a brewery in Brisbance. The process is facinating. Also you get a free cap and 2 Scooners at the end
Very informative tour and the beers after were great. We stopped for lunch at there restaurant and it was excellent food.
Was awesome! interesting to hear about the beer making process and about the company...then some great samples at the end
Tour guide very happy to answer questions.
The people to whom I gave the gift of the Tour of the Brewery said the tour was fantastic and the Tour Guide certainly knew his stuff. They were very impressed with him.
Only problem was a technology failure during the latter part of the tour which kept them there for an extra half hour. They told me that managed to fill that time in quite well. Both gone back home now.
Its such a good tour . Its highly recommended to those who loves beer tasting
Guys know the process of making beer but need to learn more about the craft beer industry
