My partner and I had gone on this tour not knowing much about the wildlife and history around Darwin. We both found the tour guide was amazing, full of so much knowledge. Having stopped at the jumping crocodiles first off in the day, it was going to be hard to beat that experience. We had our own personal crocodile Dundee that knew everything there is to know about these amazing creatures. The waterfalls were beautiful and lunch/evening snack (prawns) provided was terrific.
This day trip was fabulous from start to finish!! Ian, our tour guide talked just enough and Pat was a wealth of knowledge and ensured we all had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the crocs. the champagne and prawns watching the sunset was a beautiful way to end a fantastic day!!
A really lovely day, well planned, including some great spots. My daughter and I had a great day and Tony was a great guide.
Amazing day out worth every dollar, would do it again. The tour guide Tony was awesome and Pat was great
Tony was an excellent driver/tour leader - he ensured our safety and comfort, and provided great commentary. Amazing scenery and wildlife, especially the Adelaide River crocs.
This was a really good tour our driver Tony was very helpful and put on a good spread for lunch. The waterfalls and swimming holes were great also the termite mounds lovely scenery. The high light for me was the private jumping crocodiles trip on the Adelaide river got some very closeup photo's of the croc's very exciting a must do.
Tour was organized very well. Driver picked us on time and provided lot of info about our tour. Program was just as it was promised and guy who took us on vessel was really interesting. He had lot of experiences with crocodiles and he shared them with us. Also the rest of tour was interesting and sunset was just great.
Excellent day with a great tour guide. Pat the crocodile guru was sensational and very informative. He made us feel safe and entertained whilst showing care to the crocodiles.
The time spent at the waterfalls, swimming in the water amongst the natural landscapes.
Tony was a nice guy and a great guide. Learnt heaps of information was a top day out. Bus was air conditioned and the food was great.
The crocs were spectacular and Pat, the guide, was a mine of information. Litchfield National Park is breathtaking and the swim was very welcome. Lunch, the bus, Sue (the guide) were all excellent. A very full 12 hour day for the price was brilliant value.
A holiday experience not to be missed
This is my second time with litchfield wallaroo eco tours, and would do it again

He had lots of knowledge and a great sence of humor. The jumping crocodiles were fantastic and loved the swimming throughout the day. Has enough time to throughout the day without feeling rushed. Finished off with a lovely sunset with prawns and champagne and dropped back to the hotel. Thanks again for a fantastic day great day out and meet some lovely people from all over the world. The teip to Litchfield was just awesome! The pick up was on time, the guide was very friendly and polite. We got a lot of infos about the area. Th jumping ccrocs were amazing and the guy who lead the tour was a true original. Wangi Falls and Florence Falls were breathtaking.
This trip was worth the few extra $$ above other day trips IMO. Great tour operators especially the croc tour guy Pat - a wealth of knowledge there. Plenty of breaks and good basic lunch and prawns and champers on sunset - a highlight of our Darwin trip.
Fantastic Day. Our guide Cameron was outstanding; very articulate and knowledgeable. Very well organised. The visit to the jumping Crocodiles was the very best crocodile experience that I have ever had. Pat had outstanding and very detailed knowledge and a great feel for the crocodiles gained from a lifetime in the region. We were privileged to spend time with Pat who is one of the most knowledgeable on the species. thank you
Brilliant. Well organised tour with a small group. Crocodile guide very passionate about place of cross not to be exploited. Great way to end a fabulous day with prawns and the sunset.
A perfectly timed and well managed full day tour by the team. Our driver and guide for most of the day was Pat, who was at ease with just the right balance of commentary and making sure we got through our agenda - including a champagne sunset - while also ensuring we had ample flexibility to swim, explore and enjoy the experiences along the way. Pat was our guide for the croc tour in the boat - his knowledge and love for the environment were matched by his ability to effortlessly impart that onto the group while making everyone feel totally comfortable and ensuring we left with the greatest memories possible. It was truly a fantastic day - well done guys!
One of the best tours in Darwin, absolutely awesome. To see crocodiles up so close and personal was great and scary. Had our 1 1/2 year old grandson and never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and knew a very lot about the area and the Adelaide river. Would highly recommend this tour.
We had a brilliant day seeing Australia's Outback. Our Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only 1 criticism, and that was that the seats were very uncomfortable for sitting on such long trips.
Can't get any closer to the crocs without getting eaten.
The Litchfield trip was also very good and Cameron our guide was fantastic
