Fabulous day trip with the highlights being the jumping crocs on the Adelaide River and swimming in the crystal clear waters of Florence falls. The magnetic termite mounds were impressive as well. This trip is well worth it as it concludes with champagne and prawns at sunset at Fannie Bay
Had an amazing day ! Stoping at the famous humpty doo pub then to the Jumping crocs ! Pat was a great tour guide on the river, very knowledgeable ! Litchfield with its beautiful water falls and swimming holes. On to the termite mounds. Stopped for more drinks at local pubs. Right up our alley ! Back to Mindil to watch the sunset ! Great day all round.

Thanks Pat for your wealth of knowledge about crocodiles. Thanks Ian for your amazing commentary throughout the tour and fabulous organisation. Nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful tour!
Tour Guide Ian was fantastic with knowledge and looked after us all well. Small group tour of 20 was the perfect size. Full day out and everyone enjoyed the day.
The whole trip was great. We had a group of 8 go the driver was friendly and knowledgeable ,we had good food and the bus was comfortable (max of 20). Highlight of the tour was Pat the jumping crocodile operator who’s an interesting bloke and we definitely saw heaps of crocs .Litchfield park was beautiful, the swimming hole was just what we needed to cool down in followed by lovely prawns and drinks at sunset.
We also had a beer at humtydoo
The whole day was wonderful , from the moment Ian picked us up, great information, Pat at the jumping crocodiles was incredible, lunch enjoyable, and swimming holes fantastic then sunset with prawns and champagne was a really enjoyable ending to a great day
We’ve done tours all around the world this was the best one we’ve done. Ian was very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a big day and the schedule was perfect. We met people from around Oz.
The crocodile tour was excellent with our guide Pat being passionate about them. This shoeless, knife and pistol carrying person is everything you would want to show you and explain to you ,all about these creatures. Our tour through Litchfield visiting Wangi falls and being able to swim at Florence Falls, with the power from the falls evident in the pressure on your body, was refreshing and exhilarating. Snacks and lunch provided and a glass of sparkling and prawns served at a spot opposite the old jail to watch the sunset was a fitting finish to a great day. Our guide and commentary was informative. Guide even had salt ready to deal with the hitchhiking leeches. All up- excellent day.
Jumping crocks where awesome and pat was very informative, Litchfield national park very nice with great waterfalls
Ian was a great host and Pat new so much about the crocodiles, a little scary but a great experience. Picnic lunch was great and well organised. The end of the day was toped off with prawns and champagne with a sunset over Darwin Harbour. Would highly recommend this tour and was value for money.
Wow, what a privilege to be within the space of such awesome wild creatures. The respect paid to the crocodiles was fabulous. We all enjoyed an inspirational and educational day.
Had a lovely day, saw a jabaru, plenty of crocs, kites, waterfalls, mango farms and swimming holes. Wonderful swim in the cool water after the heat. Finished up with champagne and prawns looking at the sunset at Fannie Bay.
This was a really good tour our driver Tony was very helpful and put on a good spread for lunch. The waterfalls and swimming holes were great also the termite mounds lovely scenery. The high light for me was the private jumping crocodiles trip on the Adelaide river got some very closeup photo's of the croc's very exciting a must do.
Tour was organized very well. Driver picked us on time and provided lot of info about our tour. Program was just as it was promised and guy who took us on vessel was really interesting. He had lot of experiences with crocodiles and he shared them with us. Also the rest of tour was interesting and sunset was just great.
Excellent day with a great tour guide. Pat the crocodile guru was sensational and very informative. He made us feel safe and entertained whilst showing care to the crocodiles.
The time spent at the waterfalls, swimming in the water amongst the natural landscapes.
The crocs were spectacular and Pat, the guide, was a mine of information. Litchfield National Park is breathtaking and the swim was very welcome. Lunch, the bus, Sue (the guide) were all excellent. A very full 12 hour day for the price was brilliant value.
A holiday experience not to be missed
