Really fabulous day, Tamara was great, knew lots of interesting facts and very friendly. Clean transport and was great to get picked up and dropped off because it is a longer day and lots of walking. Would definitely recommend.
Very knowledgeable tour guide, got us to all the sporting venues, great brewery tour and a good lunch included. Good value for money!
Was ok but not fantastic except for Anthony which made it very interesting and gave extra information on route to the venues. We were lucky to meet two ofthe Indian cricket players whilst touring the G. as 20 20 Bash was that week which I had a ticket for.
If you like sports then you'll love this tour, very informative throughout. The brewery was good at the end, got a classic Fosters T Shirt being the typical tourist.
Really interesting trip. Small friendly group. Guide was very knowledgeable about the venues but the whole area as well. MCG was great.
Just what I expected. Excellent day. The guide was very good. Thoroughly enjoyable.
A fabulous day lots of things to see and do, even for me, not the real sports lover, that's my husband. Our guide was very entertaining and pointed out lots of Melbourne's attractions
Very difficult tour if you have walking difficulties.
What a wonderful tour. Far better and longer than we expected. Anthony was friendly and knowledgeable in all areas sport. The MCG tour was very interesting, Flemington was larger than expected and the Carlton Brewery tour was very informative. Anyone with only a slight interest in sport would find this day out a real treat.
Really enjoyable, the guide was really knowledgable and there was plenty of good banter as well. Plus we got a bonus tour of the Etihad stadium thanks to our guide and his contacts. As a sports fan was a thoroughly enjoyable day.
Great experience enjoyed it very much, Simon our tour guide, was excellent
A really interesting and informative tour. Great photo opportunities, lots of behind the scenes peeks, and plenty of beer to taste. Etihad stadium lunch stop had the 'best chips in Melbourne'!!
I bought this tour as a birthday present for my husband and didn't particularly expect to enjoy it myself but it was a briliant day out. We were a small group and were picked up in a great little bus and were taken to various sporting locations by a lovely guide who really knew his stuff. Not only did he have a wealth of sporting knowledge he also pointed out places of interest around and about Melbourne which we may never have seen without his knowledge. The guide was friendly and managed to get all the participants on the tour to gel together and ensured we all had a great time. We were given plenty of time to look around the venues and had a relaxed lunch which was included in the tour. I would recommend this tour as a really enjoyable day out for everyone, sports fan or not.
Brilliant and Im not a big sports fan, I went along with my pattner and was sooo impressed. Simon our driver was super!
This was a very good tour the only problem we had was we didn't actually get to see Rod Laver Arena. Flemmington was really good and now i want to go a see a race especially The Melbourne Cup. The best part was the brewey tour. I would definitely recommend this tour well worth the effort.
As I have had tours to other Brewery.. This was not working (maintance) so I could imagaine .. others were disapointed .. overall .. new guide .. not working plant
Friendly and knowledgeable guide. Different tour guide for the MCG (an MCG member veteran) who gave some dodgy facts about MCG, but other than that all the information seemed correct. Brewery was interesting to see the bottling process and learn a bit more about some of Australia's flagship brands.
Does exactly what this tour says on the tin - Good tour for people who like sport and beer!
Sports part of the trip was excellent, especially the MCG and Flemington. Guide was very knowledgeable, Melbourne is the paradise for a sport supporter, anything sport related is highly thought of here. On the down side, make sure the brewery is actually running before you book this add on, as it was not when we went ( on Fridays) which made it a bit pointless. In general though a very good tour, probably better to do the Sports Hall of Fame in the afternoon after lunch though.
This was excellent and extremely well organised. A small 12 seater coach meant that the tour was more intimate and gave us the opportunity to chat with fellow travellers. The guide was very efficient and knowledgeable.
