Excellent Tour overall. Our guide Andrew was knowledgeable, professional and well spoken, easy to understand unlike my taxi driver, lol, and took care of the group very well. We had the added bonus of a beautiful day, weather wise. I guess coming from a gal, I would add a small 15 minute shopping stop for locally made souvenirs. Only had that one day in Sydney so was a little disappointed in that. But all in all I will definitely look for more small intimate group tours wherever I travel. This one was fantastic. Great job guys, keep it up.
This turned out to be one of the main highlights of our trip down-under.
We were picked up at our hotel at the pre-arranged time and, after picking up the other passengers on our trip, headed out towards the Blue Mountains via Sydney Harbour Bridge and to our first stop at Scenic Park. We opted to take all 3 of the rides there and our guide provided an excellent commentary on the scenery as we toured the site.
We had a few additional stops for photo shoots before heading off for lunch. There was a good menu selection which was phoned ahead by our guide and was ready for us on our arrival. Following lunch we made our way to Featherdale Wildlife Park where we had plenty of time to walk around and take photos.
The final part of this trip was a boat ride on Parramatta River to Sydney Harbour Circular Quay.
Our guide Andrew was one of the best we have had - providing a lot of information with as much detail as we wanted and entertaining us with some interesting anecdotes.
We would have no hesitation on recommending this trip to anyone visiting Sydney.
This tour exceeded our expectations. All that was outlined on the description was done efficiently and without feeling rushed. Tim, the tour guide was superb!
Very happy with the day trip. We packed many activities into the day trip: quick driving tour of the city, several blue mountain lookouts, cable car and tram ride into the valley, breakfast tea and lunch stops food was very good, 2 short hikes, zoo stop, olympic park, nice ferry boat road back into Sydney. Mixed in with the activities was Andrew's sharing of his extensive knowledge of Sydney, Australian history, the Blue Mountains and local culture.
Did this trip with blue diamond tours .Brendan our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, were picked up right on time at our hotel also , the owner of blue diamond tours met us at Kotoomba and his wife met us as we went on the cruise back Sydney to ask how we enjoyed the tour . Can recommend this tour and also the tour companies that Viator use .
Great, simple way to see the Blue Mountains - our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining.
This small group tour is a great way to see this beautiful area outside of Sydney. They take you to a couple off the main road spots so you can see even more of the mountains. The ride through the Sydney harbor was a great addition so we didn't need to do it separately since time was tight.
My wife and I had a great time on this tour. I suggest walking down into the gorge rather than taking the tram. It is a very beautiful walk and since it is all downhill pretty easy. Take the tram back up. Several side viewpoints. Nice stop for tea and lunch.
Super Great Tour ! If you like an active , small group tour that covers a lot of territory, this is it. Andrew Smith is an excellent guide, full of good information while you are going to the next destination.
Very nice day.
It was wonderfull. The pick up us at the hotel and we had more than we expected. Thank you
Loved the small group tour. Our guides Ian and Trica were personable and informative.
We are 3 women friends traveling in Australia for the first time. This was a FABULOUS trip, well-paced and very interesting. Our guide, Brendan, was terrific. The views in the Blue Mountains were spectacular and our time at the wildlife park, Featherdale, was a highlight. We were a group of 13 in our van -- all friendly. And we enjoyed the food. The return to Sydney by boat was lovely. Can't recomment the trip too highly.
This tour was excellent to have a full day taste of what Australia has to give. Our tour guide was out spoken and had lots to tell about the history and the sites visited. All was well organized with lunch and appetizers. For everyone who is visiting Sydney for the first time this the tour you must do!
Tour with Andrew, very nice guide, also speaks French. Really enjoyed the day. Walk down the trail into the Blue Mountains and up with the Railway. Got to pet a koala. Very nice day, well organized. Thanks Andrew
This was the highlight of our holiday! Our quide was excelent!
This tour was amazing!
My wife and I took the small group day trip to the Blue Mountains. This was the last day of our trip to Australia and capped off an awesome trip. Ian, our tour guide, was deeply knowledgeable about both the Blue Mountains and Australia in general. He provided interesting facts throughout the tour and during the ride up and back to Sydney. The tour was completely turn key and we did not have to worry about anything throughout the day. The Blue Mountains were breathtaking and the Featherdale Wild Life Park was amazing. I highly recommend!
The tour is fantastic!
My friends and I had a great time. The guide, Rob, from Blue Diamond is very willing to share about Blue Mountain and Sydney. We learned a lot from the tour.
It was a wonderful tour and Andrew was great asset to your company.
We enjoyed the quality of the tour so much we are looking to use your company
in Charleston in October.
