A tour guide is everything for a tour and we were so lucky!! All the stories Lizzie told us were so interesting. I just really enjoyed this tour definitely recommend!

The driver/guide is very knowledgeable about the route and wildlife in the area. He would even share his view how we should respect the wildlife. I think that’s educational. We saw emu, kangaroo, koala in their natural habitat. He guides the tour with zest and you can see that he loves his job. He likes to meet people and enjoys conversations. The scenery along the great ocean road is awesome. The trail in Grampians is easy but the view from mountain down to the valley is gorgeous. The Mckenzie’s Fall is beautiful. I enjoy every scenic stop. The only thing I don’t like is the accommodation arrangement. I think more details should be given. It’s ok to me we have dorm-like accommodations but 18 people sharing 3 bathroom and we had to rush to bed and rush to breakfast was really tight. Except for this, everything is nice. There is gallons of water for our refill along the way and even hand sanitizer is provided. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.

I wanted to see as much as I could in the short amount of time I had in Melbourne and this tour was perfect! Our tour guide, Gareth Keys, gave a lot of information and background to the places we went to, and brought us to so many touristy and non-touristy spots to maximise our experience. We went to many scenic places along the Great Ocean Road and had a couple of good walks/hikes in Grampians the next day. Gareth was friendly and brought a lot of positive energy in his manner of speech, and went out of his way to ensure we were as comfortable as possible during the trip (like offering to help charge a couple of phones). Overall, I had a wonderful experience on this tour!

Reverse tour ensures much less tourists at the main sites. If you want to spend just 1 day for great ocean road then this tour is highly recommended. Our tour guide Daniel T made it very informative and enjoyable. Thanks Daniel.

Superb trip. Louis was an amazing guide. Very knowledge, chilled and fun. He was very flexible to adjust to the group's interest. The trip itself was wonderful. Plenty of stops along the way (I expected hours on end in the bus), some wonderful surprises (such as stopping for some amazing wildlife just spontaneously along the road, etc). The scenery was just stunning. I would definitely recommend this trip over the one-day trip along the Ocean Road.

Great trip. Shout out to our excellent guide, Daniel T, who was great for sharing stories and local knowledge. I appreciated the support that he felt for the indigenous peoples.

Hennick was an amazing guide and I had the time of my life! This is my first week in Australia and what a wonderful introduction! Thank you so much!

This was a substitute trip as the one I was due to go on was cancelled. Well I was the lucky one as this trip from the start Craig AKA Mr Bones was welcoming, always made sure everyone was involved, full of information, knew the tour and made it accessible to all. A very mixed group of 20 from all over the world yet at the end it felt like we had shared all the excellent scenery, taken every opportunity to see the wildlife, educated in the rain forest, and even the early start on the second day to see sun rise in the Grampian.

I'm living in Melbourne for almost a year and I've travelled through Victoria a lot. So it might seem that it's hard to impress me but these two days exceeded my greatest expectations. Not least thanks to our tour guide Mr. Bones whose stories were exceptionally informative and so funny. We've seen a lot of scenic views for this short tour and had enough time to take nice pictures and even swim! That was vital because our trip fell on the hottest days of the end of summer. We stayed overnight in a neat and tidy place right in the heart of the National park and had a peaceful rest before the next day's adventures. Needless to say that we had a nice breakfast (even for those who had special dietary requirements) and recommendations for some pleasant places for lunch. Another essential point is that we were always right on time in every place of interest through our itinerary. It was very helpful to know the exact time for the next available toilet since we had to drink a lot to stay hydrated. All in all, I've had a really great time! I highly recommend this tour with Mr. Bones!

Pick-up was prompt and on time first thing in the morning followed by a quick drive to escape city limits. Our driver and seasoned tour guide, Mr. Bones, regaled us with interesting facts all day as he expediently took the tour from one amazing location to another, allowing adequate time for pictures and side activities. The accomadation for the evening was simple yet comfortable and offered up close meetings with some hoppening wildlife! Morning brought breathtaking hikes in the Grampians and time to explore the stunning Mackenzie Falls. I feel as though our group got more for our money thanks to the knowledge and insight of our guide, Mr. Bones. Completely recommend.

jeeplife93 February 2019

Bones was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The others tour members were enthralled and intoxicated by his whimsical outback ways and demeanor. His attention to vehicle and personal safety was tantamount to excellence as he navigated the twisting turning bends of the great ocean road.

It was my birthday when my boyfriend told me to pack my bags because we are going for a trip somewhere. Early in the morning we and 3 other travelers were picked up by Tara, our amazing guide! To be honest, I do not like group trips but this one was an exception. We were only 5, everyone from different nationality which was great cause it was an additional culture exchange
